The Villa
La Confidence welcomes up to 14 guests across seven rooms, each with its own bathroom and view towards the Mediterranean. Three rooms are within the main house, while the independent annexes open directly onto the garden, and connecting rooms allow families to remain close while still having space of their own. Contemporary interiors open naturally towards the sea: the living room, with its fireplace and piano, is made for time together, while the cinema, karaoke and games room offer a change of pace later in the evening. Outside, terraces descend towards the water, an infinity pool looks across the Mediterranean, and direct access leads to the villa’s private beach and boat dock. A covered, climate-controlled pergola creates a shaded place for long lunches and dinners overlooking the sea, while the wellness area includes an indoor gym, sauna, hammam and jacuzzi, with space and equipment for yoga and training.
Location
La Confidence sits above the Mediterranean in Théoule-sur-Mer, with direct access to the sea. Cannes is around 20 minutes away by car, or 10 minutes by boat, while Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is approximately 40 minutes away and La Figueirette Heliport is around half a kilometre from the villa. The Rooms
Seven rooms offer their own sense of space and privacy, all facing the Mediterranean. Each has a bed that can be arranged as twins, an en-suite bathroom, desk, minibar and air conditioning, and rooms range from approximately 22 to 46 square metres. Three rooms are within the main house, while three independent annexes open directly onto the garden, and two sets of connecting rooms allow for different family arrangements. La Confidence is reserved in its entirety for one group at a time.
At the Table
Meals follow the rhythm of the day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared by the house chef, shaped around your preferences and what is fresh at the market: lunch might be served beneath the pergola, dinner overlooking the sea, or something more informal prepared around the barbecue. Inside, the dining room seats up to 16, while outside, the pergola and terraces offer different places to gather around the table, always with the Mediterranean close by. Water, coffee, tea, soft drinks and house wines are kept at hand throughout the stay.
The House Team
A resident team lives discreetly within the property, allowing the house to be cared for throughout the day while your privacy remains entirely your own. The house manager is your dedicated point of contact throughout the stay, quietly coordinating the details of daily life at La Confidence, as well as reservations, transfers, excursions and time on the water. The rooms are cared for each day and prepared again in the evening, while butler and concierge services are close at hand whenever needed. Their presence is part of the ease of the house: always nearby, never in the way.
Beyond the Villa
The Mediterranean begins at the bottom of the property. Days can be spent on the water, taking the short boat ride to Cannes or simply staying close to home, between the pool, terraces and private beach. Private charters, restaurant reservations, transfers and excursions can all be arranged by the house team.
